Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below. Where context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account with vip62, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are an individual natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age and can provide valid government-issued identification confirming your date of birth.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under your local laws.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or affiliate of vip62 or any group company, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had an Account with vip62 that was suspended, terminated, or closed for violation of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any court order or regulatory direction that prohibits or restricts your participation in online gaming activities.

vip62 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension or closure of your Account and forfeiture of any bonus balances held therein.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identifying details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances without prior notice.

Registration Information

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia, your date of birth, and your preferred payment method details (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or approved e-wallet).

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. vip62 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized account access, you must notify vip62 Support immediately via the contact details in Section 15.

Account Currency

All Accounts on the vip62 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are all expressed and processed in IDR. vip62 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

Identity Verification (KYC)

vip62 operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in line with international anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. All Members must complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal. vip62 may also require verification at any other point, including upon account creation, during periodic compliance reviews, or when unusual account activity is detected.

Accepted Documents

• Primary ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) — preferred for Indonesian residents.
• Alternative ID: Valid Indonesian or international passport.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or copy of bank account ownership (BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri passbook, mobile banking profile, or official bank statement) confirming the account holder's name matches the registered Account name.
• Proof of Address (if requested): A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days showing your residential address.

Processing Time

vip62 aims to complete identity verification within 24 hours of receiving complete and legible documentation. Members will be notified by email upon verification approval or if additional documents are required. Withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of KYC verification and will be released promptly upon approval.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

vip62 accepts deposits from the following Indonesian payment providers: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, and approved e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. The maximum deposit limit is Rp 100,000,000 per transaction, subject to your VIP tier status. Higher limits may be available to Platinum, Diamond, and Black Diamond VIP members upon request. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier: Bronze/Silver Rp 25,000,000, Gold Rp 50,000,000, Platinum Rp 100,000,000, Diamond Rp 200,000,000, Black Diamond unlimited.

Processing Times

Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer are processed instantly during banking hours (Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00 WIB, typically 2-5 minutes). Deposits made outside banking hours are processed at the start of the next business day. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are processed instantly 24/7. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for standard members, 12 hours for Gold VIP, 6 hours for Platinum and Diamond VIP, and priority processing for Black Diamond VIP members.

Third-Party Payments

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own legal name matching your registered vip62 Account. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not bearing your name, or accounts held in the name of a spouse, family member, friend, or business entity are strictly prohibited. vip62 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that fails this verification check and to suspend your Account pending investigation.

Withdrawal to Source

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for deposit, unless that method is no longer available or vip62 approves an alternative upon request. This policy is required under anti-money laundering regulations. You must provide proof of ownership of the destination account before the first withdrawal is processed.

Bonuses & Promotions

vip62 periodically offers bonuses, promotions, cashback rewards, and VIP incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are granted at vip62's sole discretion and are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and withdrawal conditions.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiple (e.g., 30x, 40x, 50x) is stated in the promotion terms at the time of offer. For example, a Rp 500,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement mandates Rp 15,000,000 in total bets before conversion to withdrawable cash. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10-20%, sports betting 50-100% depending on odds, and certain games may be entirely excluded.

Bonus Abuse

vip62 employs advanced monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to: operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting with other users to guarantee profits, betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., simultaneous opposite bets on roulette), and exploiting software errors or game malfunctions to gain unfair advantage. Any Member found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus balances voided, associated winnings forfeited, and their Account permanently closed without right to appeal.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have a validity period stated in the promotion terms, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them that remain uncleared at the expiry date will be automatically removed from your Account balance. No exceptions or extensions are granted.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the vip62 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game, sport, or betting market. These rules are available within each game interface and on the vip62 website. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

Bet Acceptance

vip62 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time, particularly where we suspect irregular betting patterns, technical errors, or potential violation of these Terms. Once a bet is confirmed and a transaction reference number is issued, the bet is binding subject to these Terms. If a bet is mistakenly accepted due to a technical error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed), vip62 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake.

Results and Settlement

Sports betting results are determined based on official competition results as published by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of disputes, vip62's decision based on official sources is final and binding. For live casino games, the result recorded by the dealer and the game's software is final. For RNG-based games (slots, video poker, etc.), the result generated by the certified random number generator is final.

Voided Bets

Bets may be voided in certain circumstances including: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the scheduled time frame, the participant(s) do not start the event, technical errors result in incorrect odds or market availability, or vip62 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity or breach of Terms. In the event of a voided bet, the stake is returned to your Account balance and the bet is treated as if it never occurred.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip62 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, falsified identity documents, or engaging in any form of payment fraud.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, including syndicated betting rings or chip dumping in poker games.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one Account to abuse bonuses, circumvent limits, or evade restrictions.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or third-party software to automate betting or gameplay decisions.
• Hacking or Exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to vip62 systems, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or reverse-engineering platform code.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds obtained through illegal activity. vip62 complies fully with international AML regulations and reports suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing customer support staff, other Members, or engaging in hate speech, threats, or discriminatory conduct.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your Account.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the vip62 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, website design, software, source code, graphics, text, and content, are owned by or licensed to vip62. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, software, products, or services obtained from the vip62 Platform without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in Account termination and legal action for copyright or trademark infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vip62 and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of data, or reputational harm, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if vip62 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

vip62's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account in the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

Service Availability

While vip62 endeavors to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Technical issues, server maintenance, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events may temporarily disrupt service. vip62 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions, and you acknowledge that online gaming inherently involves such risks.

Account Suspension & Termination

Suspension by vip62

vip62 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, provided false information during registration or KYC, abused bonuses or promotions, or engaged in any prohibited conduct outlined in Section 8.

Upon Account suspension, you will be denied access to the Platform and your Account balance will be frozen pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of Terms, vip62 may permanently close your Account and forfeit all balances, including deposits and winnings. If no breach is found, your Account will be reinstated and balances restored.

Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon receipt of your request, vip62 will process any pending withdrawals and close your Account within 48 hours. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of applicable withdrawal fees (if any). Please note that voluntary closure does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure, including outstanding wagering requirements on bonus balances.

Self-Exclusion

vip62 supports responsible gaming and provides self-exclusion tools for Members who wish to take a break from gaming. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Privacy & Data Protection

vip62 is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect, store, and process your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes but is not limited to: your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, residential address, payment method details, transaction history, gameplay activity, IP address, and device information. This data is used to verify your identity, process transactions, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, improve our services, and communicate with you regarding your Account.

vip62 employs industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure server infrastructure, and access controls to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and you acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vip62 is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against vip62. Any dispute must be brought individually, and you may not consolidate your claim with claims of other Members.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact vip62 Customer Support in good faith to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through our support channels. If informal resolution fails after 30 days, either party may proceed with arbitration.

Amendments to Terms

vip62 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days prior to the effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 11 (Voluntary Closure). You remain bound by the version of the Terms in effect at the time of any transaction or activity on your Account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
